FAQ

when should i book my newborn session?

The best time to book your newborn session is in your second or third trimester. The ideal age to photograph your newborn is between 7-21 days when baby is sleepy and still loves being curled up and swaddled. To ensure I can get you in within this window, booking before your baby arrives is key. I will use your due date as a tentative date to book. After baby is born we will firm up this date.

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes! Have a vacation coming you'd like to have a personal professional photographer to document your adventures? I'd love to come along. Contact me for more information.

When can i expect to receive my photos?

My turnaround time (TAT) varies based on several factors. In general you can expect up to 1-2 weeks (or less) to receive your final edits. During the busier fall and Christmas season TAT can be slightly longer. You may ask about my current TAT at any given time. Rush editing is available for an additional fee.

How many photos will i receive?

Each session or session collection comes with a set number of photos you may download and print from a lab of your choosing. Additional photos can be purchased through your selection gallery. Selection galleries can have anywhere from 10-40+ photos to choose from depending on your session type and/or collection choice.
